WHY SERVICE YOUR BOILER?
There are great benefits to be had from performing a regular boiler service. A regular service helps to keep your boiler running more efficiently, in turn meaning you are burning less fuel hence saving you money. Most boiler manufacturers will suggest a maintenance call or service annually, which assists in potential breakdowns which would lead to a loss of heating during the cold Irish winters.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?
Lancaster Boiler Services offer a full boilder service to the burner and boiler as well as the oil tank. On top of cleaning the combustion chamber we also check all seals and gaskets.

• Clean the burner blast tube
• Check / test solenoids & photocell
• We Test the ignition transformer
• We replace any worn drive couplings
• Lubricate the motors shaft and bearings
• Check and adjust electrode settings
• Reassemble the burner and test,
• Adjust oil pressure & air settings to the recommended settings   
• Clean/replace oil tank filter or strainer
• inspect oil tank isolation
• complete tank risk assessment 
• We ensure remote and internal fire Valves operate correctly
• We Inspect for excessive corrosion and leaks on tanks and pipe work
• inspect location for safety
